About du

My artistic journey started at a very young age. My passion for the arts was fueled by enrolling in drawing and art classes since I was very young, which sparked a lifelong love for creativity. Since then, I’ve continued to take part in various art classes, and multiple ways to grow as an artist, always exploring the limits of my talent and pushing beyond boundaries.

My style is heavily influenced by new school tattoo art, with its bold, cartoon-like qualities, as well as the stunning visuals of video games, particularly League of Legends and The Legend of Zelda franchise, play a huge role in my inspiration. The artistic elements in these games constantly drive me to improve and expand my skill set.

At the core of my philosophy is the belief that everyone has a Wonderland in their head. I’m inspired by Alice in Wonderland – how the “normal” main character reacts to the weird, bold, and over-the-top characters. I love embracing the weird and unexpected in my own work, while understanding that everyone’s Wonderland is unique. We’re all capable of amazing things in our own ways, and my art reflects that.

Professionally, my journey began in university when I got the opportunity to design logos for a tattoo shop and a video game/computer store. I also had the chance to work with people from non-artistic backgrounds, which gave me great insight into working collaboratively. After finishing school, I received a job offer in Canada, though I’m still searching for a place that can handle the “tornado” of creativity I bring to the table.

Why You'll Love Working with Me

Tailored Creativity

Every brand has its own story, and I make it my mission to tell that story through design. No cookie-cutter solutions here - I listen closely to your brand messaging and values, ensuring that each design I create is a perfect reflection of your unique identity.

Philosophy

I value the input of everyone I work with, whether it’s the client, team members, or other creatives. My approach ensures that all voices are heard, and the final product is a seamless blend of ideas, capturing a shared vision that everyone can be proud of.

Creative Growth

While I thrive on creative freedom, I also believe in the power of collaboration. I’m always eager to learn, share, and push the boundaries of design. This means you’re not just getting a designer - you’re getting a collaborator who is committed to growing with you.

"I think art is the only thing that's spiritual in the world."
- Brian Warner

While I always prioritize individuality and uniqueness in my work, I also make sure to listen to my clients. I know that, ultimately, the designs serve their brand, and they understand the company’s identity better than anyone.

Looking to the future, my aspirations are big. I want to be an artist and graphic designer who can bring a twist of weirdness to any project, making it better and more exciting. I’d love to become a tattoo artist or an animator one day, although I’m open to wherever my creativity takes me.
